Bead Rebel has a 14 day refund policy , this means that you have 14 days to return your order from the day you actually received the order.
In order for Bead Rebel to process your refund please ensure that the item/items are unworn/unused and in its orignal packaging , and please provide a proof of purchase/receipt.
Please use the contact form on the website to inform us of your request to return and a returns address will be provided to you.
Returns costs for shipping the item/items back to Bead Rebel are the customers responsibility.
Your refund may take upto 14 days to process.
Issues/Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if there are any issues regarding damaged item/items please contact Bead Rebel as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
Unfortuntately Bead Rebel does not offer exchanges.
Shipping
Bead Rebel ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
The estimated delivery date depends on the destination delivery address and shippers used.
Bead Rebel aims to despatch orders as soon as possible. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email notification that your order has been received.
When your order has been shipped you will also receive an email confirming it's been shipped either standard shipping or next day delivery which ever was selected at checkout.
A tracking number will be provided so you are able to track your order.
Orders may take a little longer during Bank Holidays.
